The Consolidated Group has played an instrumental role in the regeneration of Soho and Covent Garden.

Today the area is positively thriving, with sought-after restaurants, bars and clubs, luxury hotels, loft apartments, contemporary offices and modern retail units. Consolidated is behind many of these new schemes, following it’s priciples it has steadily increased its property holdings without over-extending itself and now owns an ever-expanding property portfolio.

Consolidated is a very different kind of Property Company. It uses a combination of lateral thinking, innovative ideas and rebranding to maximise the potential of all sites it acquires.

The company’s vision has transformed a drug-infested NCP car park into the award – winning and iconic Soho hotel, and turned the Marquee Club into one of Europe’s largest restaurants, with ground breaking loft apartments above.

New concepts in the pipeline include the vast and total transformation of the area around the new Cross rail station at Tottenham Court Road, the creation of a new contemporary arts centre, and an innovative commercially-viable theatre with hydraulic seats which can morph into a bar venue at the flick of a switch.

The Consolidated Group is always looking for new regeneration projects in London’s West End and actively welcomes approaches from existing property owners interested in selling.
